In most cases this occurs because you do not have Brand analytics permissions on the account associated with EPINIUM. In order to solve these problems you need to:
Check that the account has access to manufacturing or session data.
In case you cannot request Brand analytics permissions.
Request the Brand registry.
A simple way to detect if you have these permissions is as follows:
Visit the Retail Analytics section of VENDOR CENTRAL.
SALES
Select Manufacturing and click on the apply button.
If we do not have this section we will have to open a case in AMAZON and wait for the platform to accredit us to be able to see the data in EPINIUM.
