In most cases this occurs because you do not have Brand analytics permissions on the account associated with EPINIUM. In order to solve these problems you need to:

  • Check that the account has access to manufacturing or session data.

  • In case you cannot request Brand analytics permissions.

  • Request the Brand registry.

A simple way to detect if you have these permissions is as follows:

  1. Visit the Retail Analytics section of VENDOR CENTRAL.

  2. SALES

  3. Select Manufacturing and click on the apply button.

If we do not have this section we will have to open a case in AMAZON and wait for the platform to accredit us to be able to see the data in EPINIUM.
