Brand
Access: Settings → Brand
Defines the brand profile that AI uses as context when generating content:
- Brand name, logo
- Website and social media URLs
- Trademark links
Prompts
Access: Settings → Prompts
Create and manage custom prompts for bulk AI operations:
- Types: SEO optimization, content rewriting, etc.
- Prompts are applied in AI bulk edits
AI Instructions
Access: Settings → AI Instructions
Custom instructions that modulate the default AI behavior:
- Tone and writing style
- Brand voice and values
- Language-specific rules
- Content restrictions
Custom Data
Access: Settings → Custom Data
Extend the product data model with your own fields:
- Create custom fields beyond Amazon's standard fields
- Configure which columns appear in product tables
Export data
Access: Settings → Export
Export platform data to downloadable files:
- Export product dashboard metrics
- Export product catalog data
- Exported files are available for download in this section
Partners
Access: Settings → Partners
Invite external agencies to connect to your account so they can manage part of your Amazon operation (advertising, catalog, segmentation…). You choose which connections to share and can revoke access whenever you want. The agency must already have an Epinium account, and the invitation expires after 7 days.
Invitation states:

- Invite: select the agency from the directory, check the connections to share and send (with an optional message).
- Badge: each agency shows a Bronze / Silver / Gold level based on the volume it manages in Epinium; it is assigned automatically.
- If you are an agency: manage received invitations from Clients and complete your public profile in Settings → Brand to appear in the directory.
