Frequently Asked Questions

General

Can I use Epinium with both Seller Central and Vendor Central at the same time?

Yes. Epinium supports both modes and can sync data from Seller and Vendor in the same account.

How many Amazon marketplaces can I work with?

Epinium supports all Amazon marketplaces (Europe, Americas, Asia-Pacific). The number of simultaneous connections depends on your plan: 6 connections in GURU, 12 in BUSINESS, and 30 in MASTER. See Plans & Subscriptions for more details.

How often is Amazon data synced?

Sales and advertising data syncs daily. Inventory and catalog changes are also daily. Changes published from Epinium to Amazon may take between 15 minutes and a few hours to appear on Amazon.

Can I give access to my team?

Yes. You can invite users with Admin, Editor, or Viewer roles. The number of included users depends on your plan: 1 user in GURU, 3 in BUSINESS, and 6 in MASTER. See Users & Agents.

Is there a mobile app?

Epinium is currently a web platform, optimized for desktop browsers. There is no native mobile app at this time.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation. You can export your catalog and metrics from Settings → Export data before that period expires.

Advertising

Does Epinium modify campaigns directly on Amazon?

Yes, for advertising campaigns. Epinium has a direct connection with Amazon Advertising API and can create, pause, modify and delete campaigns automatically.

Product content changes (title, bullets, description, etc.) work differently: changes are saved first in Epinium and are not uploaded to Amazon until the user publishes them manually from the Publish changes section.

What does it mean when a campaign has the role "Star"?

Smart Campaigns classify internal sub-campaigns based on their performance and spend:

RoleMeaning
StarHigh spend and good performance — maintain and scale
EfficientLow spend but good performance — scale the budget
High SpenderHigh spend but low return — review bids and segmentation
UnderperformerPoor performance — consider pausing or restructuring
Low ActivityVery little activity — investigate visibility and relevance

Can I use Epinium without Amazon Advertising?

Yes. Catalog, forecast, AI Chat and workflow features do not require an Amazon Advertising connection. Campaign management is disabled, but the rest of the platform works normally.

AI & credits

What happens when AI credits run out?

AI operations (content generation, audits) cannot run until credits are recharged. All other platform features (dashboard, campaigns, tables) continue working normally.

Does AI generate content in all languages?

Yes. Epinium can generate and optimize content in all Amazon marketplace languages. The generation language depends on the selected marketplace and the AI instructions configured.

How does AI Chat work?

The chat uses multiple specialized AI agents. When you ask a question, the orchestrator decides which agent should respond, retrieves real data from your account and generates a response based on your data. It does not invent data — it always queries real account information. See AI Chat for more detail.

How do I buy additional credits?

From Settings → Billing, in the Credits section, you can purchase additional AI token packs at any time, regardless of your current plan.

Automation

What are Workflows and what are they for?

Workflows are visual automations (like Zapier but for Amazon) that run actions automatically when a condition is met. For example: "every Monday, generate a report of campaigns with ACoS > 40% and send it by email". See Workflows for more detail.

What is the difference between a Workflow and a Task?

A Workflow is an automation that runs on its own based on a trigger (schedule, event). A Task is a suggestion generated by AI or by a workflow that remains pending human review before being applied. Workflows can create tasks as an intermediate step so that a human can approve or reject changes before they are published. See Tasks for more detail.
