Agency Accounts
Agency accounts allow managing multiple client accounts from a single access point. This is the standard model for marketing agencies or consultancies working with multiple Amazon advertisers.
User types in an agency
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Main agency administrator. Full access. Can transfer ownership to another agent. |
| Agent | Agency user with access to one or more clients. Permissions are configurable per section and per client. |
Client context switching
From the sidebar, agents have a selector to switch between assigned clients. When selecting a client:
- The session updates with that client's specific context
- An access token scoped to that client is generated
- All data and actions correspond exclusively to the selected client
Data and billing
- Each client's data is completely separate from the rest
- Subscription and billing are independent per client
- The client pays directly for their plan; the agency manages the account operationally
Permissions by section
Agent permissions are configured granularly. They can be applied globally for the agent or customized per assigned client:
| Section | Controls |
|---|---|
| Segmentation | Clusters and product groupings |
| Catalog | View and edit products, publish changes |
| Advertising | Manage Smart Campaigns and campaigns |
| Client settings | Brand, users, billing, connections and custom data |
