What takes up a connection
Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts and each Shopify or WooCommerce store take up a slot. On these plans, Amazon Advertising profiles do not count. The Free plan includes 1 connection in total, and there any type counts, advertising included.
How the advertising commission is calculated
It is charged per campaign. If a workflow that carries the commission, such as the Campaign optimizer, processes a campaign on at least one day of the billing period, the commission applies to all of that campaign's ad spend in that period, not just the days it ran. Each campaign counts only once, even if several workflows process it.
Accounts created before 28 October 2026 keep the commission they already had.
GURU Plan — The Intelligent Consultant
Designed for sellers who want to monitor their account with AI assistance while keeping manual execution.
- Advisory AI assistant: analyses and detects issues (e.g. "Your ACoS has risen by 20%"), but execution is performed by the user.
- 1-to-1 tasks: the user can assign tasks to the agent individually; there is no bulk execution.
- Workflow library: access to Epinium's standard templates in read-only mode. Editing the logic or creating custom workflows is not possible.
- Custom AI prompts: up to 20 prompts to personalise AI behaviour with your brand and tone.
BUSINESS Plan — The Autonomous Manager
The plan where AI moves from suggesting to executing. The primary destination for sellers who are scaling.
- Full workflow editor: create your own business rules (e.g. "If a competitor lowers their price, increase my Ads bid"). The only plan with Smart Campaign creation from scratch via workflows.
- Bulk tasks: the Task Manager lets you delegate hundreds of optimisations to agents with a single command.
- Custom AI prompts: personalise AI behaviour with your own prompts reflecting your brand, tone, and keyword strategy.
MASTER Plan — The Anchor
Designed for agencies and corporate brands with complex multi-account management needs.
- Massive limits: 30 connections, 6 users, unlimited clusters, 200 custom properties and 40 dashboards per user.

From BUSINESS to MASTER
- You manage more than 12 marketplaces or simultaneous connections.
- Your team exceeds 3 users or you need agency-scale multi-account management.
- You are reaching the limits of custom properties, views or dashboards on the BUSINESS plan.
