Re-authenticate a connection
If a connection expires (token expired), you can re-authenticate it from this section without losing existing configuration.
Multiple marketplaces
You can connect multiple Amazon Advertising profiles, each for a different marketplace (amazon.es, amazon.de, amazon.com, etc.). Epinium supports all Amazon marketplaces in Europe, Americas and Asia-Pacific.
Seller and Vendor simultaneously
Epinium supports both modes and can sync data from Seller and Vendor in the same account.
Registered brands (Brand Registry)
On Seller Central and Vendor Central connection cards you will see a Registered brands section showing the sync status with Amazon Brand Registry.
Possible statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Synced | Sync completed successfully |
| Permission denied | The account does not have access to Brand Registry on this marketplace |
| Sync error | An error occurred during the last sync |
| Not synced yet | No sync has been performed yet |
Viewing brands and their countries
If you have registered brands, a button showing the brand count appears. Clicking it opens a panel with the full list: each brand's name and the marketplaces (countries) it is registered in, shown as country codes (ES, DE, US…).
Sync runs automatically every day. No manual action is needed.
Brand Registry section not showing?
This section is only visible on Seller Central and Vendor Central connections. Amazon Advertising connections do not have Brand Registry.
