Access: Settings → Users
Team management for account access.
Available roles

| Admin | Full access to all sections |
| Editor | Can create and edit content |

Agents
Access: Settings → Agents (agency accounts only)
In agency accounts, an agent is a type of user who can access data for one or more of the agency's clients. This is the way to give employees or collaborators access to manage client accounts.
Agent management
- Invite new agents by email (one or several at a time)
- View agents list: name, email, assigned clients, status (active / pending invitation acceptance)
- Edit agent data (first name, last name, email)
- Delete an agent
- Transfer agency ownership to another agent
Client assignment
- When creating or editing an agent, select which clients they will have access to
- An agent can manage one or multiple agency clients
Granular permissions
Each agent can have different permissions per platform section:

| Segmentation | Access to clusters and segmentations |
| Catalog | View and edit products |
| Advertising | Manage campaigns |
| Client settings | Brand, users, billing, connections and custom data |
Permissions can be customized per agent and even per assigned client.
